armadeal CJ18A or chester DB7VS??

Hello. i`ve been using woodturning lathes for years but am adding metalturning to me list of interests. I am looking at two mini lathes as a prospect.

The choice is armadeal CJ18A or chester DB7VS. Has anyone any thoughts on these lathes?
