Delivery within the UK:Postage charges which include an element for packing, are calculated on a weight basis and assume items will be dispatched as 'packages'. This may result in high charges for some items which can be sent as 'letters'. If the postage charge seems excessive at the time of selecting the postage option - please enquire to see if a reduction can be applied. When an excessive postage charge has been paid, I may issue a refund or money-off voucher at my discretion.
Royal Mail First Class Recorded - this service is suitable for delivery of packages up to ~ 4kg to UK post codes only. Certain low cost items will automatically attract a postage reduction where a signature is not required on delivery. Delivery is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Royal Mail Second Class Recorded - this service is available for packages up to 0.75kg for delivery to UK post codes only. Certain low cost items will automatically attract a postage reduction where a signature is not required on delivery. Delivery is usually by the third working day after dispatch.
UK Mainland Standard Courier Service - this service is suitable for heavy packages up to 30kg but does not include Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland. Delivery is usually 1 to 2 days after dispatch.
UK Mainland Economy Courier Service - this service is suitable for medium weight packages up to 8kg but does not include Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland. Delivery is usually 3 to 5 days after dispatch.
Please note: A contact telephone number must be included with all orders where courier delivery is specified.
Dispatch Times:
Due to business commitments, I am unable to guarantee dispatch times. I will however endeavour to process orders and ship items as quickly as possible.
I try to dispatch items for Royal Mail delivery on the next working day after receipt of order but this is not always possible and it may take up to 3 working days.
Item sent by courier will typically be dispatched 2 to 3 days after receipt of order but may take up to 7 days. Courier deliveries can not be processed until a contact telephone number has been provided.
Overseas Enquiries:
Enquiries from overseas buyers are always welcome although I cannot offer shipment to all countries. Where possible I will obtain the relevant shipping costs.
