unknown old US lathe

I bought an old american lathe (converted from treadle to electric approx 100 yrs old) but cant for the life of me work out what the taper size of the head stock is. Its larger than morse taper 1 and smaller than morse taper 2, its roughly about 13.3mm at the large end of the taper. Any ideas please. Peter.

On the pulley there is a makers name of Willcox & Gibbs but on doing a bit of research I find that the company made sewing machines. So still no further finding what is the make of the lathe. Peter
